Berry Insurance is looking for a commercial client success manager to serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, client education, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals.

The right candidate will be driven, have incredible organizational skills and a high level attention to detail, fun loving, creative and passionate about spreading the word about Berry Insurance. We are only looking for candidates with a can-do attitude!

This individual should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to gain broad experience in insurance and various aspects of marketing.

Desired Outcomes/Responsibilities:

• Support/maintain retention on the total book of business through superior client service and advocacy.
• Handle renewals, either independently or through collaboration with assigned producer. This includes remarketing, account rounding and, where appropriate, presenting renewal pricing.
• Attend off-site client meetings either independently or with producers, as needed.
• Generating additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features, cross-selling and generating referrals for new business.
• Provide outstanding service on all claims, billing questions and endorsement issues.
• Maintain integrity of systems through detailed and accurate documentation.
• Possess and maintain a positive mental attitude, including positive working relationships with clients, carriers and agency personnel
• Support the functions of other members of your team on an as needed basis
• Participate in agency’s emergency claims line monthly rotation
• Work with Marketing Team to assist in the creation of marketing assets, such as emails, direct marketing pieces, web content, social content, etc.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent technology skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Office 365
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently as well as in team environments, often under tight deadline situations.
• A professional, creative and innovative thinker.
• Experience with Applied EPIC is ideal, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
